The IT Department Help Desk

The Ashland University Information Technology Department (IT) has a walk-in help desk on the main floor of Archer Library and the first floor of Patterson. This should be your first stop for computer problems (password won’t work, can’t get into Blackboard, computer won’t turn on, etc.). In many cases they can solve the problem right there; if not, they can give you advice about your next step. The walk-in hours are:
